How to apply for logo?

Make a forum describing order.
In forum you have to use a pattern to describe order pattern given below.
1) Name written on it-
2) Any slogan should be written-
3) If want slogan what it should be-
4) Any colour text should be written-
5) Any background colour-
6) Any tag line-
7) Any pic or icon above text-
8) What icon or pic should be there above text if want-

Now the costs for things are as follows:-

Logo- 5 Trophies

Slogan Change- Free

GIF - 7 Trophies

E - Certificate - 4 Trophies

If it is 2 items we will tell you costs in chat.

Our maximum time to complete and give logo is of 2 days. If you not received in 2 days you can contact @AddictOfSpace and claim it for free.
