Hello !

I'm 28 and I'm a full-time chess coach for 6 years (alexandrechecs.com).

Teaching methodology

I have a very classical way of teaching. There are many fundamentals to master :

• Checkmate patterns, tactical tools 
• Endgames, from the basics to the complexity of rook endgames (the most frequent ones)
• Positional play, with tons of strategic themes

There is no magic formula. Strong fondations first, if you wanna go further !

We discuss your expectations, your characteristics, what you think are your weaknesses, your strengths.
You send me your most interesting games so that I can better understand your "chess personality".
It will allow me to establish a roadmap we will follow during our collaboration.

Everything we work on together, I put it online or send it by email.

Hourly rate : 35 € / hour

Languages : français / english

About me

Since I never had a coach myself, I had to become my own professor in order to keep moving forward. I dove deep into the chess litterature to get that precious knowledge that I am willing to share with you ! As a result, I grew up with the champions of the past, and I am particularly thrilled by the strategic masterpieces of Capablanca, Karpov, Rubinstein and many others.
