O que determina quem fica no tabuleiro 1, tabuleiro 2, etc nos torneios suíços?

A média de rating entre os adversários? Pontos no torneio, depois rating?

It works like regular swiss tournaments. The exception is color allocations are random still and ratings used are the updated ratings post game when it come to score group ordering.

Sorry, I think my question was not very well understood.

I wanted to say: what in a tournament (Swiss, round-robin, or others) determines who plays on board #1, board #2, etc?
In a recent tournament that I followed there were only 3 DGTs and at the beginning it seems that only the rating determined that. Then, during the tournament, the first boards were occupied with the best-scoring players.
At the Blitz Worlds, Magnus Carlsen was on board number 1 for the entire tournament, probably because he was the defending champion.
I would like to know if there is an official rule (from Fide or general regulation).

Thanks!

That's the answer I posted. For Swiss events, the first round is split by rating order, top half of players plays the bottom half. Highest rated player gets board 1, then down the rating list and boards.

In later rounds, the score groups get paired together, top half vs bottom half, and board order is by height rating in the score groups.

I would have to look up for round robins.
