I am a retired IT Professional and Project Manager. I currently work as a Fine Art Oil Painter and sculptor. I played Chess when I was young and founded my High School's Chess Club which has gone on to win championships. After High School, I stopped playing Chess and picked up Miniature Wargaming as both a player, creator and rules author. I returned to Chess in January of 2024. I did so in order to exercise my brain and keep it plastic and work on my memory and retention. In the short time since I have become deeply involved in the study of and organization of Chess. I have also founded a new Chess Club in my town of Chelsea, Alabama (a suburb of Birmingham) The club is The Chelsea Chess Club or 3C.
