I started playing chess in early 2007 after purchasing a set for my best friend's birthday present. Apart from a few months of down-time, I've been completely addicted to the game and spend a great deal of time studying and playing online. I'm a fairly strong player when there are no time constraints, but introduce a 10 minute limit and my game becomes a disaster! :)
