I have been playing since I was 10, but not consistantly.  I have studied chess from books, played on the CB Radio (long ago), and casually with friends.   I also used to play the Chessmaster computer program but recently started playing Fritz 12.

I need to improve my understanding of more openings, practice my tactics, and become more observant during the game.  I also need to work on "seeing mate" in the end game.  Basically I need a BUNCH of practice!!!

The Above was written back in 2010, I am now using a Mac and have started to use HIARCS as my chess engine on the MAC.
