I'm a real beginner at chess, I always wanted to be a good player though. I think I was introduced with it at school (elimentary school ?) when we had a day when every kid brought his favorite game to schook (this was before the Console age, I guess now most kids would bring their XBOX or Playstation with them thses days). One of the kids brought a Chess set and the teacher explained the game (the basics like piece movement). I bought a toystore chess set but with nobody to play against I hardly ever played with it (still got it around though). Just recently I decided to try to pick-up the game again so I ordered a copy of Fritz 11 from a local store and joined this site.
