I've been playing chess for maybe a month and a half now. My background in this game is lacking but I've been studying so I should be getting better. Currently I estimate my rank is around 970-1000 based on the difficulty of tactical problems I've been studying (that being that problems for people ranked 950-980 are relatively simple but problems for people 1030+ are challenging). I love this game and will welcome any challenge however, although I'll still play beginners, I'd rather play slightly more experienced people so I'll get better faster. If I lose but learned something from it, I'm satisfied. That said, I'd enjoy being subjected to a teaching game if you have the time and know what you're talking about. It's a pleasure to meet you.
