Hi, my name is Simon and I am 24 years old. I started chess in primary school in 2010 (profile picture) and was also in the chess club in secondary school. During my time at school I was able to win several medals in internal school tournaments, but our school team was only competitive in one year, where we won the regional school tournament and entered the second round. Due to a lack of time, I then took a long break (from about 2014) and only found my way back to chess in 2021 through the Queen's Gambit series. In the picture above is my lovely dog Molly.
