I learned to play when I was eight, but started playing seriously at 13. I played a few tournaments, then at 18 I went to Medical School, so I had no time to play. So for the past twenty years or so I haven't played on a regular basis. I started playing again on May 2009, and have been doing it regularly, that is almost daily, on Chess.com. I joined FICS and started playing there too. I plan to keep playing for a long while. I may even play a few tournaments on the coming future. We'll see....
