Yes I am in fact a Christian (Baptist) and here's what you need to know. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). The wages of sin is [eternal] death (Romans 6:23). The free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23b). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). So weather you like it or not you have done wrong at some time (I know I have many times) and the result of doing wrong is eternal punishment. The way you can be saved from this AND go somewhere far better (and no you do not just sit on a cloud and play a harp, it is way better up there than down here) is to pray to God and ask him to forgive you for sinning and disobeying him. But what had to be done to make up for your sins? God sent his son Jesus Christ to earth in the form of a man where he taught for a while before he was punished for everyone’s sins ever on the cross, (he was whipped a tortured and stuff incredibly terribly for your sins and nailed to a wooden cross and eventually died) he took the punishment for you. He gave you the perfect gift, his son's death that pays for your death. All you need to do is accept that gift. He created everything and can save you. So what should you say? There is no specific prayer you have to pray, all you have to do is pray and ask him to forgive you of all sins you have committed (you don't have to say every single one just ask to be forgiven for sinning) and you would like to accept the gift from God of his son's death that saves you. If you have questions about this you should probably visit Gotquestions.org and they can explain more. God bless you and thank you for reading this.
