tournament help

im trying to enter a tournament and get this message

"you must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tournament."

what does that mean and how do i get it to go away so i can enter in the tournament?

your thing is 13% will will have to play more games to get that down then u can play in the tourn.

This page indicates you have 30 timeouts, meaning you lost 30 games by not moving in the agreed time limit.

You have to raise your number of games played to 300 without timing out again to lower your timeout ratio to 10%.

You could consider switching to games with longer time per move limits than you currently play.
