The Gallifreyan High Council ask "Gallifreyan or Not?". Today we present to you the case of this man. He is known as Pedro Pascal on Earth in their year 2024. However, we have spotted him at least three times in various timelines using different alias! First, we find him in the city of Dorne under the alias of the "Sand Viper" crown Prince of Dorne, Prince Oberyn Martell. Next, we pick up his trail back on Earth during the planets' post- apocalyptic era. He is going by the name of Joel Miller. And finally we find him thousands of light years away from Earth on the planet called Mandalore. There he was a bounty hunter with a heart of gold operating under the name of Din Djarin the Mandalorian. So, my fellow Time Lords I ask you Gallifreyan or Not?
