For ones who missed this cycle --> looking forward for next cycle (expected to be starting on early July 2024)

Swiss 45m+45 is to change the pace from the regular Swiss 90m+30s, as the respond to request from some members who can't afford to spend 3-4 hours to play 90m+30s game.

* We have been running the Swiss 90m+30s league for 8 cycles (seasons) since year 2022 continuously and consistently without any pause/ break.

Swiss 45m+45s tourney is the companion of the well established Swiss 90m+30s tourney

The hardest part for TD (Tournament Director) of this Swiss 45m+45s tourney

and the most fun and important feature for players is:

Considering players are from various countries/ continent, games are not scheduled to start at fixed same time for all player but instead it is played at agreed starting time as result of negotiation between 2 paired players within 10 days timeframe in any particular round.

This way the number of forfeited games is much smaller in this tailor made (semi-automated) Swiss tourney.

Be assured that it has been and will always be conducted with passion, commitment, and love for our royal game by TD (Tournament Director) that has long experience in organizing OTB tourneys and online tourneys at all leading online-chess platforms.
