I'm playing my games on the Play server, and I'm in the beta program, but I'm still not getting trophies for the games that I win. I only play unrated. Do the games have to be rated?

I play my games rated, on /play/online, and an in beta, but still I can't play. Plus, I've been shut down from silver back to wood

You must play online tournaments and work your way up to the top by winning lots and lots of games
I can't get any trophies so I searched on google and I followed its steps and I still have 0 trophies
