Detected as offline at tournament start - 0 point bye

Hi all,

This happened to me today the second time in two days. I joined a Swiss tournament and was literally watching the countdown go down for the tournament to start only to receive the message that I have been awarded a 0 point bye because I was detected as offline. My connection is stable and the chess.com tab was open right in front of me. Because it happened yesterday I tried to even wish everybody good luck in the tournament chat seconds before the tournament was about to start, so that chess.com doesn't think I was inactive. Could you please look into this issue? It's very frustrating to looking forward for a nice tournament and then have it start off in this way.

In yesterdays tournament I was able to participate from round two, I hope this will be the same for the current one, but I would wish to not have to always start off on a loss.

this happened to me too

this keeps happening to me too, usually in subsequent rounds ill be watching the last game and when it finishes i get the '0 point bye' message
