Can't see the arena tournament I created

Hi, I created a 1 min 3-check arena yesterday, set for 3:20PM in my time zone (around 10:20PM UTC). It's 3:15PM now and I cannot find my arena anywhere. I checked the tournaments page, both from the "play" page and the sidebar utility button that links to the full tournaments page. My arena is nowhere to be found. Please help. (Note: I'm very new to chess.com so I may not know how exactly everything works, so if I'm just stupid please forgive me and tell me how it works.)

If you created a Shareable tournament, you needed to keep the link as those aren't saved anywhere and will not show up anywhere by design. It generally will re-open in Play when you load the page, unless you closed it out previously. Also, if you did not share the link with anyone, no one would be able to join anyway and it will automatically cancel.

If you made it as part of a club, it should show in the club's Upcoming events

Thanks for the quick answer! So I guess it was deleted. I didn't know it'll be deleted that way, I thought it would show up in the tournaments page. And you're correct, I didn't keep that page (as I created it last night on another device). But I do have a question though: By keeping the link, will it remain and be seen on other peoples' tournament page? Or do I have to share the link to anyone I would like to invite? If that's the case, then why do most tournaments have >200 players? It wouldn't be reasonable to share the link to >200 different people.

The only tournaments that other members will see are club tournaments. Shareable tournaments will not be shown anywhere in the interface and are meant to share with those you want to play in them. One use is to share with your friend group or with your in person club that also is in the site.

So those tournaments we see on the tournaments page are club tournaments? But I'm not part of any club yet.

I tried to do it, but the link is just "https://www.chess.com/play/online". And after I refreshed the page it was gone again. What can I do to let the website save it? Please help. Thanks.
