Why doesn't Chess.com allow us to filter NEW ACCOUNTS???!!!

I've often wondered aloud:  Why doesn't Chess.com allow us to filter out Newly Created Accounts that have been created that Day, a week ago or even within the last 30 days in Live Chess?????

Wouldn't it be reasonable to have a brief period where newly created accounts have to prove themselves?  The proving period should be 30 days of activity without any complaints or reports...  somewhat of a probationary period to determine whether the newly created account holder is good for the chess community or a problem.

During the first 30 days, a newly created account should not be allowed to play opponents in Live Chess rated above 2100.  Because of the curve of skill level that would leave the majority of opponents online for the newly created account to challenge in Live Chess.  The reason for limiting play for newly created accounts is to implement a proving period to determine whether the newly created account is a problem account.

By limiting game play to below 2100, this filter would reasonably protect the vast majority of titled and expert level players on chess.com from newly created problem accounts.

Does anyone else feel like this would be a reasonable feature for chess.com to add?  Allowing it in Settings would enable experienced players and expert level players to actively filter out the vast majority of problem newly created accounts that are unproven on chess.com

Those members who wish to open themselves to playing newly created problem accounts could simply toggle the Settiings option to allow for newly created accounts within the pool of potential opponents in Live Chess.  It's simple.  Give us the option to filter out these problem accounts.

Because how else are they going to manipulate your rating lol. Just take a look when you start playing these new accounts. It is always whenever you are on a lose or win streak and you are like 1-2 wins away from a new rating peak. The whole point it is to break your flow so you keep playing longer.

What activity? No one would play them!

Oh, only above 2000. I guess that works. Unless they reach 2000 fair and square and have no one to play

Sure even that works. But the amount of accounts i see in the top 0.5% of all players that are created 20 minutes ago makes you lose your mind. They are letting people with 2 wins play 2100-2200 rated players. Like what are we even doing here?
