VPN bans/blurry images

Recently, there has been a guy posting a bunch of disgusting images. Every time he is banned he makes a new account using a vpn, so ip banning fails. I have come up with two solutions:

1: ban vpns so people can’t get around ip bans. However, some people may dislike this, so there is another solution.

2: either make all images blurry until clicked on or make a setting that does basically the same thing. This way, when this troll posts nsfw content, you can tell from the very blurry image that it isn’t something you wanna look at, and never have to see it fully.

Site admins don't care they'll give you the copypasta about how they're doing everything they can, they'll then ignore your suggestion and close the thread. I honestly hope something happens that gets them sued. Usually negligence is only solved in such a manner.

I highly doubt that is true. No, I actually completely doubt that. All of the mods that have helped deal with the troll then sent thanks to me and presumably others who reported. And I don’t mean chess.com’s generic “thank you for submitting a report”, I mean a personalized comment. They have been incredibly helpful (especially Martin_stahl and AwesomeAtti.)

I'm talking about the people who actually control bigger decisions on this website, not the unpaid mods. They do what they can but it's not enough.

Oh. I agree on that front. I even listed two simple solutions to the problem.
