Macca needs a dose of reality. He's being way too possessive of Ashley, and that may be why she hasn't come back. When I tried to tell him that he got angry and blocked me...... oh well. 
I feel like Ashley could... Make a new account with a new email, rather than fight a losing battle of reopening her old account. Maybe that would work better, and you can get Ashley back on Chess.com? I don't mean to sound rude by the way, just a suggestion.

Did you read any of the other posts in that topic by said moderator to see why that post was as short and to the point? It wasn't dismissive but the topic was getting repetitive and wasn't being helpful anymore.
