After the game, you can add that particular game to your archive. But you need to add all your games vs bots from now, then, when you check your archive and search using filter, you can see your stats. I don't know of any other way to directly check stats like against players. If someone knows, please share.
Is there a way to see my stats against each bot?

I'd like to be able quickly check if I have been beating a bot consistently before moving up to the next one. Since the stars only indicate if I have beaten the bot once, I find myself constantly going up and down the bot ladder.
Something like:
vs Martin (250): 10 wins, 2 losses
vs Elani (400): 4 wins, 3 losses
