Games reverting to rated

Hi !
I didn't pay attention since i was playing unrated to test stuff and ended up losing about 50 elo because the "new 3 min" button suddenly started rated games instead of unrated.
I got them back but it's still very annoying as i was sure i was still playing unrated.
Please fix this.

It happened again. I had no idea i was in rated all of a sudden.
Please try to fix this or at least add (rated) or (unrated) in the title of the starting game.

And again. Lost 3 matches, even resigned one after 3 moves even though i was winning...
Fix that damn bug already.

It still happens. Fix it. Shouldn't be hard. Put it on non rated by default or better yet, add a setting for everyone that remembers your choice.

"I agree. I started an unrated match to test new openings, but my opponent resigned after a few moves. I then started a new match and accidentally made a mistake in the opening, so I resigned, but it turned out to be rated!

The system should not automatically change the rated/unrated setting without our consent!

Yup. Shouldn't be hard to tie it to the account and keep our last one as default. They're just lazy.

It needs to be obvious. Come on, fix this please.
