Game Review Update: Will Chesscom Take Action

I just came to see if anyone has heard whether Chesscom is going to heed all of the negative feedback on the new game review. The mobile update is especially bad. Do they have any plans to roll it back or issue another update? I didn’t see any comments on it recently but I still have hope they will fix it and go back to the old one. I canceled my Diamond subscription and saw that a few other people claim to have done the same.

Staff have been tracking feedback on the review and have made some changes and have additional plans to continue making improvements. Rolling back isn't going to be an option as I understand it.

Nope, they won't. They're committed to objectively terrible UI that actively makes things harder to understand.
