Game review changes - Horrible!

Hello all, I want to let the devs know that this new update of chess reviews is useless to me.  I am about to cancel my subscription if this is not changed back to the prior version.  Give us a choice or fair warning next time!

It was a pleasure to read the commented analysis. However, we are now used to Chess.com ruining the positive things and what works well. This is just another example of many of this failed policy. It probably won't be long before the platform is completely run down and then abolishes itself. Unless the attitude towards the members turns 180 degrees! However, I lost faith in it a long time ago!

So once again: Thank you for nothing!

I only became a paid subscriber for the unlimited game reviews. They made it frustrating and difficult to use. My paid subscription is worthless to me now.

Once again we get to feel the full ignoranc. No one was informed beforehand, nor is there any information as to why this was changed.

So that the administration doesn't have to bother, I'll give you a few possible answers. Perhaps we will get an answer from a moderator as to what the background to the change actually is. It won't be much trouble then, just reply with the letter.

a) We want more money. The free and gold memberships are too cheap. Everyone can switch to the more expensive memberships, then everything works as before. Except for the “nice” things we will come up with in the future to annoy our members a little. However, in the near future there will be a “Cosmos” membership at the special price of 499 dollars per year, but only if you decide to join within the next 10 days. Further memberships with even better conditions, which are only marginally more expensive, are in the works and will be offered in due course.

b) We have found an elementary school to which we have entrusted our development work. The software development will be done as part of the 8th grade computer science lessons. If there are any annoyances in this context, we apologize. But we all love our children and want to give them some challenges to further their education, don't we?

c) We have no idea what happened. We have developed an update that was supposed to make everything better. We can't think of everything!

d) Other reasons! (But an employee should comment on this, which probably won't happen. Until then, everyone is welcome to choose or make something up!).
