auto abort bug?

Usually, if my opponent as white doesn't move in in a couple of seconds, they'll get aborted automatically, but with this opponent strangely its switched many times between auto abort and auto resign , though I won with my opponent abandoned the game as a reason. My point is that this is a bug or not?
