Am I getting Sandbagged?

I am at 1080 daily after a year. I do 't take points from my friends ,or I would be quite a bit higher. I have played 4 random games against 1200 to 1450 players. I have been high 70% and reviewed at 1700 on all of them. EVERY one of them has been at 88% and above and reviewed 1900 to 2000. It is hard for me to believe that 100 points of ELO produces that much of a disparity. Is this the standard results for everyone? When I look at their profile, 90% seems unusual for them. Do I just draw everybody on the day they play their best?
