OTB help.

My advice is to view the game explorer for the first few moves. Then, the book openings to see if there are any great openings to use. Finally I think you should ask other members what they do? Why do play OTB tournaments if you are not ready? On a tournament you have to be ready physically and mentally. There will be a lot of abuses.

It's like running a marathon without any trainings.

all i'm asking is advice. in the tournaments i will be competing in i will be playing against people my skill. So i have the "Training" its just i want to know better methods so i can train and be more prepared.
