If you like to play 1+0, and your hope for chess is to play this, then you can continue~, if not, if you want to play standard and get the ideal FIDErate or national rate in the future, then you may need to give up bullet because it doesn't help in slow chess
I need exorcism! My chess soul is possessed by bullet!

1-You said "it doesn't help". It's ok I'm not expecting it to be helpful but I fear it can even damage and worsen my slow chess skills.
2-I'm not really going to participate in rated otb tourneys anymore but the problem is that bullet is killing my real chess. Suppose in the future among my friends, relatives or colleagues someone talks about chess and we decide to play some chess. well it won't be a bullet game for sure! they may even don't set up a chess clock at all.

It's okay, I don't play bullet much because I want to become a professional chess player, if you just want to maintain the quality of slow chess, you can also practice slow chess, but you can also continue with bullet
Bullets won't particularly destroy your chess game, but you also have to remind yourself that sometimes slow thinking requires combining them. If you don't want to go from expert to professional like me, bullet should do you no harm

hmmmmm!!! This was one kind of an answer! Exactly pointing to what I was looking for! thanks, I was worried about the probable harm that bullet could do to my slow chess.
Thinking of chess as a school subject or extracurricular course work has really helped sobering me up.

noice!
Hi! Sorry if it not the answer you were looking for, but if it has become a bad habit that disturbs you to the point you ask for help, I think you should talk about it to your physician.Â
Good luck!

Bullet is a very bad way to grow your chess...you should only play it when you already good at classical and rapid....
Help! I'm addicted to 1min+0 bullet, any time control longer than 1 min has become extremely boring to me! I'm not kidding! I've almost forgot how to play blitz, rapid or standard games. what should I do?
Go slow. 1+1, 2+0, 2+1, then 3+0, then 3+1 or 2.
