How to qualify for Denker
You have to Play In the state you live and yes California isn’t easy to win
Which is one of the many reasons why we are going to become south dakota!
I played in it three times when I lived in Colorado. I qualified for this tournament by winning the High School State Scholastic Championships, but other states will just nominate someone. Find out who is the president of your state's chess association, and ask them how to qualify.

Thank you I will find out who they are!
Tip: if you want to get into the denker, don't play in california.
There are very, very hard people there.
Go in Mississippi maybe.
Rip Mississippi
mass Alabama to the list. Really any state that doesn’t have anyone above 2200 (altho Imma try to get 2200 at the Denker) competing for the nomination is where you wanna be, otherwise the titles players are gonna win it
Here is a link for the Denker. The states were supposed to send in their nominee by June 20, but there is a July 23 deadline if their initial nominee declined.

This link shows the nominated participants and whether or not they've confirmed.

The only unfortunate thing about that list is no one is playing for south dakota and I might become a South Dakota resident soon.
I am home schooled and I almost won, but was stopped by two cheaters (both were caught on chess.com) I played in a State qulifier

I played 1 cheater lost, but he was caught, and I qualified

They caught both cheaters, but didn't change the standings for me
