How Do I Change My Flag?

I wold like 2 change my flag but don't no how! Can I design and use my own custom flag?

Your flag is automatically put up from the location you've specified in your profile :)

If you'd like to change the location- you can do so from the edit profile page.

I saw someone had a Texas flag, Texas is not on the list as a separate location. How did he get a Texas flag? I would like to get a Brooklyn flag, if he can have a Texas flag why can't I get a Brooklyn flag?

I know this thread is old, but the country list in your profile also has a country named 'International' if you don't want a country flag. The icon is a world map.
