Division like tournament where 4 players qualify from each group, solo play, no teams.

Game Rules: Ok, so here is a little more information. The tournament will work like this: every week, moving forward from week 4, pairings will be posted, then you will chat with your opponent to determine a date and time, post the game result and game link in a special forum, and then the results and next week pairing will be posted in a blog. What happens if you do not set up a time or do not write? Well if your opponent can prove that you had not even written than your opponent will get a win for forfeit. If you are both to blame, you get a 1/2 forfeit.
