Drink milk, and move around a lot. I recommend rope climbs & drinking a jug of milk a day. It's worth it, I barely damage my bones at all lmao-
Yes, I do. I highly enjoy it in a variety of dishes, although my favorite has to be breaded & deep-fried with a side of seasoned fries & cream soda.
