but it's not used in traditional school grades

Yes. S is considered better than A. Meaning Super/Special.

Pretty much everyone gets better than trolls, as they're stuck in F-tier. Janko isn't a troll. As a rule of thumb, all acquaintances will be put in D-tier until I get to know the person.
