But it's not Mate in 3. I assume that the original instruction was "White to play and win"..

I understand you are excited by idea of underpromotion, but puzzle is incorrect after 1…Kd7. It is mate in 10 not in 3. Check your puzzles with engine before publishing.

Pawn d8 (queen promotion)
And now while black is doomed, it's a bit longer than 3 moves

Pawn take bishop and promotes to queen and now its mate in 2 instead of 3
It's not mate in 2 because king e6
