What's the Best Move?

I liked this puzzle, but I'm wondering why 4...Kxa3. Why not 4...Ka5? The logical move after that is 5. Nxc4+...Kb5. It seems like Black would at least have a drawing chance after that.
What's the best move in this position? White has a choice of moving his Queen, or capturing the enemy Queen, or making another move that may lead to mate. The opening that led to this position was a King's Gambit.
