White can force Black to play Ka1 followed by a2, smothering the King, then mate on the diagonal.
The impossible puzzle
It's Black's game. If it's a white to move - White's all bishops are literally useless at this point, given that the Black's promoting square is White and Black king is also in white when all the bishops are black. It's a cake walk for Black getting queen back. Once Queen is on the board, you know what happens. So it's a Black's game.
