Stalemate in 11

I don't understand. 7. Qd2 is stalemate
Oh. I didn't see that, mxdplay4! 11. Be8 is stalemate because whites's queen is guarding f1, e1, and d,1, letting the bishop guard f2 and d2. White's King is guarding the Rook, letting it take black's remaining escape squares, and stalemate.
The 11. Be8 isn't stalemate, black can still move its bishop.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Stalemate is when a King cannot move legally to any square, and none of his remaining pieces can open up a square for him to move.

You're wrong and I'm correcting you. Stalemate is when there is no legal move, King move or otherwise. And whats the point of stalemating when there is a mate in 3. (Can you find it?)
I guess this explains why I've never been victorious against a human. Thanks for the correction and, no, I can't see mate in 3. Please post it.

itaibn saw the mate in three. 1. Rf7 (blocking the 2nd rank) ..Bf6
2. Qc8+ Bd8
3. Qd7 #
But there is mate in two actually, use forcing moves
Why didn't white want to checkmate? This doesn't make sense. The last move should be 11. Qe8# at least.
