Losing Points For Fully Correct Puzzle

This is an issue I've noticed twice now. I will get a puzzle completely right with no hints and I still lose points.

This has happened only very recently (Twice over the past 3 days). The first time it happened I assumed I accidentally hit the hint button or something but for the last puzzle I completed it happened again.

I went to check my recent puzzles history to see how this had been recorded and it said I had gotten only 1 of the 3 steps but having done the puzzle less than a minute before I know this to be false.

I've done thousands of puzzles over the past 7ish months and these 2 occurrences over the past 3 days are the only time I've noticed this happening.

Has this happened to anyone else or am I just tweaking?
