i think with clever play, white wins. depending on what black does 2. Rc6. whites king has to defend the rook. trade off rooks and hold on to the passed pawn. push your king to the center and attack blacks queenside. blacks king will be busy with the passed pawn. GO WHITE!!!

White has a chance (black has none), but if played right its probably going to draw by 50 move. But unless you cheat with a computer, you probably will never know. Scratch that, unless you have an endgame analysis program and a computer you will probably never know.
If white has a chance, white should push his pawns, and eventually he might be able to attack the pawns on the right side to screw up black.
Not a bad idea even if white loses the passed pawn, in some instances.
So a probable draw, but its not to whites advantage to accept a draw offer.
