1.Why did you 1.Qxa6 ? Nobody is supporting the queen.
2. 1.Nc5+ on the first move?
3.Instead of 3.Ka5 why not Kxc5?(Imediately)

The Queen Sac is for the point of keeping the King from retreating back to his safe place on c8 so the king has to take it. It's all forced.
If Kxc5 immediately, then it's check mate anyways. (Sequence Below)
