...there is something really wrong with the puzzles. I am a very poor player. They seem too easy. All simple mate combinations.

You can't really compare puzzle rating and chess rating. They're measuring different things. My puzzle rating is well more than 2x my chess rating.

The reason ur puzzle rating is higher than your chess rating is because in puzzles you know your winning so you try to look for a win

It's not about mate, and it probably isn't too easy as you somehow failed it.
That was a dumb one because it had multiple winning lines. Ending with a Q vs a P is about mate as far as I am concerned.

It doesn't have multiple winning lines. If you make any other move at any point, you are lose instead of winning.
