Nice puzzle, but I've actually seen this before, on Agadmators chess channel. But still, good work
post #11 i just saw it and figured it out...when u r locked into two moves there's not much else u cud do to make a mate. move rook to a side, move king to a side, back row mate= 3 moves so must be something else, making a piece of black's to move. simple set-up means few choices...it's just the choice is not a usual first thought.
post #1..took some thinking, no trials, got it. saw what was needed then proceeded with care. it is clever what is needed.
post #3 also very good. was just messing around moving pieces here and there from being tired and then it came to me. didn't move the pieces for the solution as it was suddenly obvious. dont want to ruin the fun for others.
#6, a little tricky -did a little senseless toying first and then came the consideration that must work. #8 more straight-forward to me.
