The solutions to #4 and #7 are not the worst move. For #3, Rg5 works as well.
'Find the Worst Possible Move' Puzzles
My favorite was #10. At first glance, it seems that Ra2 is a blunder, but it is actually a great move due to the small tactic Rxa2 Bxd5!
But for #4, worst was Qb5.
That is no longer a legal move since I moved the queen two squares to the right

Exactly. All White moves checkmate Black except for one, and the one move that doesn't is the worst possible move.
And it could happen to you tomorrow as it is a legal position!
Theoretically it can. But realistically, it is almost impossible
