A Mate Pattern Puzzle

I've had this mating pattern a couple times:

hey, sunshiny! pess permission to put the name of my puzzle next time

but is all ok.

pess permission!

wouldn't 1...Bxg5 have been blacks better move?

 That's as good a move as Nxd1

pedro823, I'm a little confused.. are you saying you made this puzzle?

 Not sure what he's saying. Although the mate pattern itself is a classic, i set the rest of the positions.

Bxg5 is not a legal move as the black king is in double check with the white bishop and rook so therefore must move. and i dont know whether pedro made this puzzle but i extremely doubt it as his puzzles are ridiculously dumb and this one is not.
