On Tuesday July 30th at 7:00 PM the WOCC will be hosting a lecture by United States Chess Federation National Master Maxim Farberov.
The subject of the lecture will be a game he played earlier this month vs. another master at the World Open. The main themes to be covered will be navigating sharp positions, attacking coordination and converting an advantage while limiting counterplay.
There will be no fee to attend the lecture however donations to show appreciation for NM Farberov’s efforts will be accepted.
