that 'evidence' is way too soft. how do you know if they got the NM title in Pakistan, not in USCF?

They play in pakistan they are not uscf rated
Also we have i think like 50+ NMs how could they all be uscf NMs?

It's possible Pakistan does have an NM title but I didn't find any information via searching for it. You could contact the Pakistan Chess Federation to find out for certain and what the requirements are.
