I think the Orlando Chess Club is still meeting on Thursdays, they meet up in Winter Park.

The Central Florida Chess Club does not do regular weekly meetings but they hold tournaments all the time.

Depending on how far east you are in Kissimmee (like more towards St. Cloud) and you don't mind driving a little bit (about an hour) the Brevard Chess Club meets in Cocoa Beach.

The Orlando Chess Club currently meets at Stardust Video & Coffee 1842 Winter Park Rd. Orlando, FL, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm (and often later). Discussions are underway for a new location, so please follow us on Facebook to keep up-to-date!

What day of the week? Also, for those of us that refuse to go o Facebook or any other social media sites, please update here when you get new info.

OK, thanks. My Saturdays are usually quite busy with home chores/jobs since I travel quite a bit M-F for work.

If you ever move it a bit further north (I live in Deltona, that's about a 40 min drive) and/or change to a different day, let me know. I might be interested in joining.
