Why Pre-Move Does Not Work?

So, for a few days, with the pre-move setting On i can't make pre-moves in blitz games and i'm kinda losing.

If you've checked allowing premove then it should work.

It was checked and still did not work. But now it's ok, is working. Thanks for the answer.

i still can't find the premove

My premove setting is turned on but I still cant remove in matches. Please fix this issue immediately

What happens when you try to premove? 
Is the premove displayed in a red color?

Do you play on an app or the website?
If you play on an app, make sure you access the app's premove setting and not the website's premove setting.

In my chesscom app, that doesn't work either.

That’s a joke, right? If not, Please update the app. I play hyperbullet on the app all the time and premove from beginning to end.

Hello! I have my premoves enabled and can't premove. Advice anyone?

Go to the live chess setting and then turn on the premove ability and then scroll down and make sure you press save

Play on app. Premove is already set up there. You just have to turn on Auto Queen 👸

I have long wondered, what is the reasoning that pre-move is not an enabled feature in Rapid? Would anybody like to share the answer, please?
