I'm pretty sure Chess.com can perform that analysis. I've provided support team examples before and nothing has been done. I can't be bothered goin through all that again.

I don't work for chess.com - Perform some analysis and sort it. Shouldn't be hard, it's just a chess site.
This isn't fixed, I keep blocking players that abandon games, and then I get told that player is already blocked...so why the hell am I being matched with players I already blocked????

Customer support don't seem bothered. Been this way for months now.
I'm confused as to why it keeps happening as well. I hates it. Happens all the time. I'd rather play someone with 100 or 200 or even 300 more elo than myself than someone i blocked.

confirmed as not fixed - raised with support AAAAAAGES ago and told it's being fixed as a "priority". Clearly our definitions of the word are different.
As far as I'm aware devs believe the problem was fixed as of a couple of days ago.
As of November 2024 still not fixed!
[obligatory monthly comment on the off chance someone from chess.com sees the thread and actually does something to fix it rather than picking fluff out their ears and eating marshmallows all day]

Thats not what chess.com staff say. They have confirmed to me that you shouldn't be matched with someone you've blocked. Do you have a 1st hand link rather than 3rd party i can shoot their way?
Hows this got through testing then? I'm bored of wasting my time reporting so can you take this forward as a moderator?
