Please post here if you are still experiencing this problem or the last time you did experience it. We attempted a fix at this a couple hours ago.
Had to hit 'submit' twice to get the job done in the past 20 minutes.

This question may have been asked and answered somewhere else, but why do I have to hit the submit button up to five times to get the game to accept it?
